No, he's not a point guard off the bench.

He's a starting 2 guard who can create for himself.

I'm pretty sure the front office knew this when they traded for him. JBB has decided to turn him into something else for no apparent reason.

That's the otehr thing. Garland's baseline stats have went up, as tehy should considering his usage.

But boys his defense is in the absolute toilet right now.
