Game Thread | 2022-23 Season | Game #3 | Wizards @ Cavs | Oct. 23, 2022

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Hachimura had 16 points on 7-for-12 from the field. He's 6'8", 230, and is shooting 50% from both the field and on 3's after three games. I like his game.

Avdija had a miserable game and picked up four fouls and only played 14 minutes. Mitchell was abusing him.

The Cavs did a great defensive job on Kuzma; 11 points and only 8 shots attempted in 37 minutes. Mobley and Allen neutralized him very well.

When they get Ball back they will be a good team - heck, they're 2-1 now having beaten the Raptors and taken the Cavs to OT on the road.

Bradley Beal's ability to get his shot off in the paint amongst the trees and make it is amazing. In 42 minutes he was 11-for-16 for 27 points with 4 rebounds and 5 assists. He did everything he could to win the game for them but Donovan was a little better. Beal attempted just one 3-pointer and missed it. He only hit 30% last year and is 3-for-10 this year.
Ball? Who's this?

For some people complaining why Love didn’t play that much , especially in the second halve,…….That where you got to give JBB credit, he’s not going to wear out Love, his minutes will be definitely monitor especially on back to back……..

Playing Love bigger minutes is kinda just a touch and go thing.

Is he hitting 3s? Play him more.

HAs the opposing team started targetting him and getting a bunch of open 3s off of his non-rotations? Play him less.

2nd half Washington started getting open look after open look with Love in the game.

So this means we would have won it in regulation rather than overtime, with perfect officiating, which does not exist.

Not perfect, just competent officiating.
Perfect means not missing any call.

What does 'competent' mean to you? Anything other than perfect would mean this miscall on Donavan could occur.

I saw that too, but I saw it in the first half also……If he has a weakness that exactly what it is……

But it wasn’t just Love’s man!
Hacahimuri was killing us from the corner in the first half! Reason being the Cavs we’re playing a zone and some people were getting caught in no man’s land and were slow to rotate
