At minimum, Dorsey has to fire Wilks. Monken probably should go too.
OH MAN.
YOU'RE SO RIGHT. WHAT A HORRIBLE GM.
WE SHOULD HAVE KEPT SASHI, HECKERT, KOKINIS, SAVAGE, DAVIS OR POLICY. THOSE MEN KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND HIT ON SO MANY PICKS!
NOT LIKE DORSEY WHO HAS A TRACK RECORD WORKING WITH THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS, PACKERS, ETC. NO, NO! LET'S GO WITH PEOPLE THAT RAN SOME OF THE WORST DRAFTS I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!
Fucking STOP.
"WELL HE DIDN'T HIT ON THIS 5TH ROUND PICK OR THIS PLAYER THAT WAS A UDFA"
NOBODY. FUCKING. DOES. Period. Those are outliers. He hit decently on the picks he was supposed to hit on.
Who. Gives. A. Shit.
The fucking Ravens, Steelers and Patriots whiff on stuff too.
But sure let's throw that in the same lot as people who were taking David Veikune and trading out of picking Julio Jones in the draft in favor of Phil Fucking Taylor.
Now you want to criticize him over the hiring of Kitchens? Be my guest. But the talent on this roster is not the issue. He did his job.

Nah, the hand has been dealt. He cannot continue with Freddie when a team quits that bad on you.
Dorsey put this collection of guys together. The final product looks like an abomination. Who do you think is to blame?OH MAN.

“Fucking stop” would be a nickels worth of free advice that you should probably take.
Never compare this regime to any of those franchises ever again. Thanks.
Jesus christ.
sure dude.
let's fucking fire the gm.
Just move the fucking franchise at this point. Seriously. Be done with it.
Stop being dramatic and back up your points.
First off.
You seem to not want to admit that yes, teams miss on draft picks. The point should be to at least make it on a couple in the draft. It's a fucking crapshoot out there.
Then you sight examples of players being busts without the acknowledgement that, hey maybe coaching has something to do with it? I mean Baker clearly has some form of talent. We all know this. We've seen it. He put it on display in his rookie year.
Now if you want to blame the gm for the coaching hire? That's fine. But at this point that's about it really.
It's the job on the coach to utilize the talent (or even lack there of) on the field. He's done his job. Freddie sure as shit didn't hang onto his end of the deal.
Now if you want to give up on the GM, Coach and QB all in one full swoop? Be my fucking guest. But I guarantee it'll just be a goddamn rerun of every other fucking regime we've seen since 1999.
Let it rest for a bit. I'm not saying you don't track down another head coach (i'm of that belief) but this is not the time.
But the sweater and chewing gum tough guy act, buddy boy.It is not a crapshoot. You get plenty of data on why some players are good and why some are traps.
It was clear as day that a guy like Nick Chubb was going to be a good player, while a turd like Chad Thomas exists. Most people knew this from the moment they were drafted. Athletic profiles and game tape really reveal all.
I believe Baker has plenty of talent and has been squandered by poor coaching. Chad Thomas being garbage isn't coaching. Greedy Williams being softer than baby shit isn't coaching. That's just what they are and who they have become in the NFL. There isn't a system alive that makes that Hubbard contract look good. Lest we forget the wasted pick of Antonio Callaway and how they basically ruined Higgins to try and give Callaway every break in the world.
It's not it really. Again, Greg Robinson, the RG situation, Callaway, Chris Hubbard, having no depth on the defensive line, hiring a rookie coach. These are all serious problems that weren't really addressed this off season that have killed this team over the course of the season.
I've never said give up on the QB nor the GM at the moment. To act like you are acting, defending both to the death, is asinine and short sighted. Dorsey has failed in multiple areas of the team. Baker Mayfield has been a DISASTER in year 2. They get one more season to right their wrongs before both are getting replaced.
I don't need to let anything rest. Dorsey has underperformed. He took 5 top 100 picks in a very strong draft and so far the only return on those picks is Nick Chubb being amazing. He failed with FA signings, his trades have been at best average, and we don't need to get into his coaching decisions of keeping Hue and hiring Freddie.
He deserves every bit of criticism that he's getting right now.
