It's official today... He signed the papers to forgo his senior season... I just heard it on the radio a little bit ago...

Our receiving corps took a hit with him leaving... :thumbdown

Wow, I thought he actually might stay. Time to pack up that sleeping tent and take it to the NFL :chuckles:

What is his projected place in the draft?

Late 1st to Mid 2nd... That's about where I've seen him in most mock drafts...

the games i saw he looked good, wether thats the result of having a good QB, i dont know, he is a pretty good route runner from what ive heard.

I really hate to say this to ya

BUT....

I TOLD YOU SO BOYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

why would he want to??? he has no one to throw it to him next year...so he is being smart and leaving whiel his stock is at its highest point

people didnt wanna listen to me when I said he would be gone but maybe now you will realize my overwhelming mind power........Smth Gonzo Ginn and Pittman will all be gone I bet ya

and I dont wann here about Brian Hartline being a good WR...dont start with that crapola...

It ticks me off.

All the Michigan players are staying because they haven't beaten OSU yet...:chuckles: :chuckles: I couldn't resist.

To be honest, there's a really good chance of that happening. If Ginn leaves, we are in serious trouble on the offensive end. I honestly think that if Gonzo and Ginn both had stayed, we'd be off pretty good, but if our WR leave our passing game is going to suffer.

I remember that convo.. I Actually agreed with that statement. For the fact is, his stock is high now why risk another year in college.

Sucks to see him go but this is what happens in college.

He is going to the NFL - book it.

2007 OSU Buckeyes = 2006 Texas Longhorns

he is doing exactly what Alan branch did

go while your stock is at its highest....if Branch came back and had a less than All American year he could easily drop 10 spots or 15 spots

hell Brnach is looking likt top 5 to 10 right now....

if Gonzo were to come back it would almost be a guarentee that his stats wont be as good which will be taken as 1. Troy Smith made him better than he is and 2. he was never that good in the first place kind of thing

Nah our defense is all young. And they were solid, outside of Michigan/Gators game which is probaly because of their inexpierience.

Is Laurninitis going pro?

Sophomore still..first ever to win the Nagurski trophy as a Soph..ANIMAL

It's true though everyone from Mich besides Branch is like "We must beat OSU" they'll be the heavy favorites against us next year but if he somehow squeak it out...they'll be on suicide watch :chuckles:
