Hey, we have a zillion pages on “Pitching”, how about a thread on the offense?

I’d suggest hitting discussion go here:

Based on the title of this thread, the response should be inconsistent, sporadic and no one from the 'outfield' can post. Exceptions will be made for those that can yell "F***!" while exiting the thread.

If this were a 162-game season and our outfield stayed on its current course (cue theme music from “Titanic”), we’d end with a TOTAL of 29 homers, 174 RBI’s and a .166 batting average. That’s the projection from Mercado, Zimmer, Allen, Domingo Santana, DeShields, Luplow, Naquin and Dan Johnson.

These stats are terrifying

By the way, who exactly is our hitting coach since Van Burkleo opted out?

So, the "pitching" thread exists to talk about the art/craft/science of pitching.

If you just want to bitch about the players in the Indians lineup, why open a new thread?

Yeah, I was told the game threads were for gloom and doom....I blame Antonetti for this inconsistency!

This thread title in EAYOR has a completely different content, lol

Our catchers are on pace for 6 homers, 23 RBI’s and a .106 batting average.

Ouch!!!

It just might be time for Scooter Tucker to make his comeback. He'd fit right in. Or maybe he's the pitching coach now. That might explain a lot.
