How about little love for Fausto?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Someone told me he threw 120+ pitches or so and over a hundred of them were sinkers...he must have some serious cut on his fastball, he was even throwing gas in the later innings I heard.

He was between 94 and 96 mph most of the game. He has firmly planted himself as our #2.

96 is probably the highest he should throw. After a certain limit the ball will loose movement, coupled with his arm angle.

he threw over 100 sinkers Victor Martinez said, and his sinker is 95 mph.It is just unreal.I love how Torii knows the Brewers suck.

His sinker has sooo much movement it can be said as a breaking ball, yet its a fastball.

Fausto is awesome. He could really be something special.

13-4 now with a 3.31 ERA

Last night he was awesome against a very good line-up and a very good opposing pitcher.

Deffinitly been a great series as far as pitching goes, 2 1-0 games back to back with some of the better pitchers in the league, not to often you see a pitcher have a Complete Game loss.

Yeah Beckett is definitely a stud. And the CC/Dice-K matchup was a good one too. But don't worry James, Cliff Lee is pitching tonight. I expect the Red Sox to be up 6-0 before I can finish my first beer of the night. Lee and Westbrook are killing us.

Eh, well at least we dont have Tavarez or Wakefield pitching tonight, we got Gabbard going tonight, he is pretty good.

Trust me, unless we can put up 9 runs tonight the Sox will win. Lee is awful.

Guess so, the 2 Sox players i hate the most came through, Tavarez with a Win (Still hate him) and Willy Mo Pena (Still really hate him) Good series though, hopefully a matchup for the ALCS.

I didn't watch the game.. But I guess Lee tipped his hat to the fans from what I heard on the radio :chuckles:

Him and Westbrook are awful...Plus, nobody is hitting..We have to be the worst hitting team with bases loaded...

I'm actually sick of seeing Sizemore swing the bat with 2 strikes.. He has to rank dead last out of all the CF/Leadoff guys with 2 strikes...Anything high, and Sizemore is swinging at it.. Shapiro says he's one of the top players of his generation ?? I don't see it... He's a nice young ball player, but he's nowhere near a top 10 talent in the AL...

Barfield is junk as well... Thank goodness for his glove though..

I see the greatness in Grady. I wish we had the Pronk from last year with the bases loaded.

I'm still shaking my head that I actually paid to watch Cliff Lee pitch last night. He is god awful. You could just see it coming last night. Our pitching staff made Wily Mo Pena look like the AL MVP (he came into the game batting .197). If Mastny and Lee never pitch for us again it will be too soon.

We're going to have to do something to strengthen the starting pitching and the bullpen. Obviously Fauso, C.C., and Byrd are fine. I'm still holding out a little hope for Westbrook, but he has been awful too. Thankfully everyone else in the AL picked the same time to slump too or we'd be digging ourselves a huge hole right now.
