How do you cook it?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Rice rhymes with ice. Is this your way of telling us Okoro is good to go for the playoffs? Very savvy to drop that bomb in this thread.
Odd place to put this but I will anyways and see who reads it...

I heard he got a shot to help him with the pain. Those shots could last him the entire playoff or just a couple of games. Depends on the individual.

Should we expect anything more than "Shumpert with a groin injury" level from Okoro?

Mel Kiper admits to pulling the cheese off of his pizza. And dipping the saucy crust in mashed potatoes.
Oh, and he consumes an enormous amount of pumpkin pie on the regular.

edit: It's unclear whether he consumes the crust or the stripped cheese dipped in mashed potatoes. Upon further review, I am leaning toward the cheese.

After I had spinal surgery I had a ludicrous craving for pumpkin pie.

Combined with the heavy swelling in my neck, it was also one of the foods I could eat comfortably.

For about a month, I was eating four pumpkin pies a week.

Lots of fiber in them pies, great for being regular.

Maine Coons also love pumpkin paste. It was a bounty of goodness for all concerned.

Full disclosure: I would gladly and greedily eat pumpkin pie on the regular.

Well, Chiles and ground meat speaks taco to me, but every culture has their role for ground meat. The key is pairing the meat to the right flavors, right?

There are presentations from other cultures I've played with or played copycat.

If you have never tried Siu Mai dim sum for example, you are in for a world of great ground meat ideas:

For me it's all about "stretching" the meat with low-calorie alternatives.

A 50/50 blend of meat and riced cauliflower is great for chili. Also dump in a bunch of frozen spinach at the end of cooking. Beans, tomatoes, corn etc. You are left with a "chili" that is only like 1/4 beef but has all the flavor. Top with fat free cheese, low fat sour cream etc.

Same thing for something like beef stroganoff, either cauliflower or mushrooms.

Hopefully you are buying very lean ground beef if you are trying to lose weight. You could also try turkey.

When using either turkey or beef, instead of salt I like to "season" with Better than Bouillon beef base to amplify (or fake) the great beefy flavor that you might be missing out on due to getting low fat meat.

I make my chili with a half mixture of ground beef and ground turkey.
One of the spices I almost always use with ground turkey is ground cumin. Earthy and gives a little punch to the blandness of the turkey.

How the ******* am I supposed to get 260g a protein a day??
