Another good game. If he gives effort on D like he has so far, he will have very few bad games. Missed a couple free throws, just has to keep working on that.

I dunno. There is a whole lot to like. He scores on opportunity baskets and then a couple of drives a shot and boom he is a double digit scorer.

I really think the Cavs have a gem in Okoro. Like, this dude has a very high ceiling.

He’s so under control for a rookie. Such a smart basketball player. He has an “it” factor that others simply don’t.

I couldn't be happier.

This team may be a basement dweller but it's getting smarter, it's playing harder and it's not just gonna drag.
It's not just Okoro. But Okoro appears to be the kind of validation this team desperately needed. Tides will be lifted.

I watched the game and was looking for bad decisions by him. There are like none basically. Just incredible feel for the game. When he starts making even better more aggressive decisions, watch out. He drew the defense and hit the shooter several times. 4 assists.

Too aggressive I guess, but even some of those fouls were BS. Even hit that first possession 3 but Darius turned it over

Thought we got super unlucky to draw the fifth pick but it's not feeling that way anymore. Okoro has a legit chance at ROY.

It's nice to have a bigger wing who can take contact, finish with both hands, and well, he's a playmaker. Makes me think we tighten up the handle more and he will really start making things happen (assuming he maintains making 3s at a decent clip). Not to mention his defense. Pretty exciting to see.

“A lot of Cleveland player left Cavaliers practice feeling energized by Okoro’s performance, mesmerized by him taking the end of the bench players and running the table on the regulars. At one point Okoro turned to GM Koby Altman and screamed “you f****** need me, you can’t win without me.” He left the players, coaches and staff speechless. At the end, marched out as if a mic drop. Okoro delivered a tour de force. The east now runs through Okoro.”

Got me there for a second..

I know people were worried about his long ball but he looks quite confident when shooting threes.

Sounds like this kid is also a worker - pairs great with Sexton's personality.

I think we got a good one on our hands boys. Certainly has shown me more in his first few games than Garland did to start his rookie year.

Ok, this is obviously far too premature but let's say Ice finishes the season averaging at least 11 points on +40% from the floor and +30% from 3, 3 assists, 3 rebounds, 0.5 blocks & 0.5 steals. Is that feasible? I've been fucking around with the stathead season finder and the players who pulled that off is pretty fucking rarified, but they all played 30+ minutes a night, and I wonder if Isaac gets a chance to do that.

Should Isaac manage to pull off a full season with those averages he would join these guys:

I never have a problem saying "I was wrong" but even though I was high on Toppin and Haliburton....Okoro has won me over!
