As I said in a game thread, his hands seem really weak and he exposes the ball too much. I think when he grabs a rebound he keeps the ball above his head and ready for a quick outlet pass, which also exposes the ball to be poked out.

IMO, he needs to pull the ball in and throw his elbows around to get guys off him. Secure the ball, then make the pass.

I don't know why he fumbles so many passes - it could be a vision thing. But he needs to look the ball into his hands, secure it, then make his move.
hopefully it's just unfamiliarity. he's not tristan level on fumbling, so that gives me hope. but him moping around should stop.

This man needs to work on his strength.
It's rarely that simple for elite athletes. Move one physical trait this direction, and you often move around one the other way. Perhaps they don't want him to sacrifice his mobility. Keeping him lighter also saves his feet, knees, and back.

I don't mean add a lot of weight. I'm sure he can add muscle. Right now he's long but lanky. Maybe 5-10 pounds of muscle won't cost him his speed.

Seems like very few players are worth $100m if they can’t shoot 3’s in today’s NBA.

Not sure he’s worth the bucks. He missing bunnies around the rim now. No 3pt shot. Does he have a midrange? I’m just not sure about him right now as before I was sold.

Jarrett Allen is averaging a career high in points and rebounds on 64% shooting, and amid the clusterfuck of a season...but somehow he *isnt* worth a "less than max" deal?

He’s worth it and will get it. Still only 22 and has even more room to grow. I think 4 years around $100 million is a very fair deal for both sides.

Fits in well with our young core. Draft Cade Cunningham and we just might have ourselves a bright future.

Kuminga or Barnes. Cade is a turd

Well I don’t want to hijack the thread but..... Cunningham is a sure fire star. OKST was supposed to be terrible this year and exceeded expectations solely because of Cunningham.

6’8” wing averaging 20 PPG on 40% from 3PT when every team they faced was scheming to take him away..... not to mention 85% from the line

He is the most sure fire pick in the last several drafts
