jasikevicius video!

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
another mcinnis, except he can shoot and pass. Remember, when McInnis was doing either one of those, the team played well. It was only when he stopped doing both that we fell apart.

How do we all know of his defensive liabilities - from articles written about him? I wouldn't be too quick to write him off - he'd D'd up our team fairly well in the Olympics. Many times, with a game so strong in Europe, an author may "pick" a deficiency to exploit in an article, especially if he is considered the best in a league. Defense is the first to get picked on. I'm sure he has lapses, being the best in a league. However, I can see him coming to the NBA with an agenda. His size and smarts can make up for a lack in certain areas. I'm sure he can nuckle down and play solid D - the combination of him and Snow up top would be very solid, IMO. Or even him and Redd :)

McInnis shot the ball well. Passed well. Drove well. For the most part. But he didn't do it all the time. Saras might not be able to either. The only way to be a good, consistent starter is if you are absolutely prolific on the offensive end all the time, or if you have consistent defense. Both also works nice.

The main question I have is: is he willing to come off the bench? I think Mike Brown will praise Snow's leadership and defense and place him in the starting lineup. Will Saras turn into a cancer like McInnis did? Or will he accept his role and win perhaps the 6th man award?

McInnis only shot well for a couple of months and then he stopped passing and thought he was a shooter. What we need is a passer who can shoot. jasikevicius should fill that role nicely.

From what I've read, his agent has said that Saras doesnt care about starting. But he does want to get a lot of minutes and playing time at the end of games so he can make use of his clutch shooting. Hes is the kind of player that loves playing under pressure and enjoys taking the important shots with the game on the line.

Snow will still be a good starter in this league....Vicious will get minutes on cleveland. I think he will be a good pickup.

reports are jasikevicius wants 3 years, 15 million.

Yeah the dollar figures have raised since last month. Saruanas was chasing 10 million over three years initially, but that has changed to 15 million. Basically he is after the entire MLE off a team that will let him play. Is it a calculated risk worth taking?

yeah it seems Saraunas figured comparable PGs were going to make 5 mill a year and that he had a ton of interest. If we land Z, I think the Cavs are pretty much his best choice. I think for D, actually having a game plan will help tremendously, so defensive shortcomings by the new acquisitions isn't much of a concern, as long as the guys give effort. That was the big problem with McInnis, there were nights that the guy just didn't look like he was trying.

I think with his passion he will play some alright D. Let's not question his D until we see it played..wish he woulda signed so we could get him in the vsl for us even though we are already running that place haha. But I really wanna see him signed soon...7-13 for 3 against team USA from 3 land in teh olympics...DAMN! This guy will get everyone going he will influence Z more get LeBron and Larry going Drew could use some intensity...him and Anderson will be crowd favorites again...

I can't see Snow starting...and if he does, he will still not play starters minutes.
