"....I mean 'ass' ass." It's time for him to go in the Drummond Chair. The effect on the rest of the second unit is too negative.

Surely Mobley’s bro can be slightly less shit

Brobley or Diakite should be seeing the court.

I can’t for the life of me understand how an NBA coach rewards heavy minutes to a totally negative player.

I can understand playing Okoro because he is young and is actually good defensively. Kev, is on another planet of suckery.

The worse lineup didn't even have Love in it. The bench, with Rubio being the main culprit, was ass tonight.

Love had two assist opportunities tonight that went through his teammates hands. Garland missed him after he got switched onto Brunson in the post. Meanwhile, Love got one shot attempt. Wade got none. You can't have a team bereft of shooting and have two of your best shooters combine for one attempt. That's clownish basketball.

The very real problem is that guys like Cedi, Stevens, and even LeVert fail to grasp that part of their job is to make sure the shooters get shots so as to help space the floor and stop the defense from collapsing. If they don't get it, it's JBB's job to make it clear. Because if K. Love is traded tomorrow, the guys who aren't good shooters are still going to need to understand that.

Love isn't going to be a positive if he goes multiple possessions without touches. He's not a defensive specialist.

Ok Mrs Love. Kevin isn't getting the ball, because he can't hit shit. Even Rubio is scared to pass it to him. The shot is gone and Kevin is a huge liability out there.

Don't think it is good to sit him unless he is hurt or tired. If he needs rest, by all means. Otherwise we need him for his shooting. He didn't forget how, he can get back

Cedi, Stevens and even LeVert are not primary or secondary facilitators. If you expect those three to set up shooters then you'll be perpetually disappointed.

The real problem, in my view, is that we have a bunch of players who can do one or two or three things well but have major holes in their game. The other issue is injuries which derailed us last season.

Thought experiment: assume there is an expansion draft and we can only protect eight players. Which eight do we protect? I'm not sure we have more than eight we really care about. Lots of passengers on this bus.

Mitchell, Mobley, Garland, Allen, LeVert, Okoro, Wade. The last spot goes to whoever wins a fight to the death tourney - or just flip a coin.

Unfortunately, I think both Love and JBB consider defensive rebounding as playing genuine defense. And Love has specialized in that his entire career.

I'm talking about them hijacking possessions that end in them taking bad shots. That's not what they're here for. Shoot an open shot or keep the ball moving. Cedi takes too many contested or off balance jumpers and Stevens/LeVert are prone to pulling it down and driving into a crowded paint.

Mitchell, E Mobley, Garland, Allen, Wade, Okoro, Love, Rubio. It wasn't a super hard choice for me. Clearly 8 guys who are playoff rotation level or better. I would be a bit sad about losing Lopez's sense of humor but thats about it. I thought about listing Windler to see the reactions but I am not that mean.

I like Love. Sure he is rapidly declining but I want us to hold on to a small parcel of that 2016 glory. i also feel like hes one of those players who can really light it up from 3 in the playoffs and win you a game or 2.
