I was about to post it...

I'm happy for him. He's done a great job for the team.

Seems like he can be our David Nwaba, but if he develops a 3 ball, maybe more. He's got that man strength that Okoro hasn't developed yet to handle bigger guys. Of all the stuff he has done this year, him blocking off Zion's drives was probably the most impressive.

Hopefully, this the start of revamping the bench. Between him,Hartenstein and Wade should be the core for the bench...imo

Lamar is great guy for the bench. He can guard numerous positions. He always brings energy. If he develops a better shot, he will be a legit offensive threat. There are numerous ways he can help you. I don't think he'll be much more than a role player, but if he can make it through the length of the contract it will be good for him and the Cavs.

Good signing.. Lamar has shown value beyond his draft position.. converting that to a contract makes him a tradeable asset on a non guaranteed deal..

I really like the depth potential that Stevens and Wade can provide, hopefully Windler gets his act together. That could be 2 3 pt threats and a high energy guy off the bench.

After what? 4 years? he will be 28 or something. I think he can get something better than that deal.
I'll honestly be a little surprised if he's still in the league in 4 years.
