early in the run up to the draft.. skenes was HIGH on my list.. then removed as there was zero chance the Guardians would sniff any chance at him..
 
a key to the Guardians pick in this draft is coming in the next two pick.. especially, the A's...

In my late cramming, seeing him not drafted 1st overall would've been surprising.

So far the top 5 drafted are the top 5 rated draftees...

Edit: KC reaches for the second best catcher in the draft.. not a huge reach.. but..

The MLB Network group, don't have very many pitchers going in the 1st round on paper...
 
A bit of an aggressive pick by the Royals with a HS catcher with the 8th overall selection. But if it pays off...
 
Like the pick, Noble Meyer, for the Marlins.. good kid too..

edit: SS Nimmala could go in the next four picks (Yeah !!!)...
 
I haven't been following too closely, what's the deal with Nimmala?
 
Angels take Shanuel.. this is more of a reach than any other, so far..
 
Well the Angels have been drafting the top guys on the Guardians list it feels like... Did the Angels bribe one of our scouts? Lol
