Myles isn't much of a natural leader. I feel like we've learned that during his tenure here. But that's not an indictment on him...he is what he is, and he isn't what he isn't.
Leadership doesn't come naturally to him, and that's fine. He's not a vocal leader. And he isn't always a great lead by example guy, mostly because he's got physical gifts 99% of players in his position room could only dream of having. You wouldn't use him as a role model because his abilities are not replicable.
He's a damn good player who draws doubles and frees other guys up to be better. That's enough. The knock on him not being a leader has been exacerbated by a void of leadership on that side of the ball. But with Jim Schwartz here now, I don't think leadership will be as big an issue.
