Some Browns fans were a little blue over the mission of orange pants in the new Browns uniforms. But Executive Vice President and owner JW Johnson says they'll go back to Nike and get to work on adding them.

I’ll probably get flamed for this but a cool touch on the color rush jersey would have been to add white drop shadowing to the numbers. Could have been a near tie-in to the original uniforms from ‘46.

Can someone do a negative of this? Swap white and orange - except the helmet?

I'd be all about those pants, but wish the shoulder stripes matched the helmet stripe too. So orange outer layer, brown inside of that, white down the middle.

I feel that, I have always felt the sleeve stripes were a bit forced. A poster earlier in the thread posted an edit of with the brown jersey where the white in the sleeve stripe was brown and it looked real good. I’m sure if someone edited the white jersey and replaced the brown in the sleeve stripe with white, it would look good and much more natural.

It’s tradition though so I understand it.

I thought I would hate it, but I actually really love the Brown face mask on the uniforms.

Also, the socks on the home brown and white uni set are such a massive improvement from the old set. Also, the away pants having the color rush stripe down the side is a good update. Glad they've kept it fairly consistent through out the uniform set.

Browns color rush uniforms went from my favorite to my least favorite.

Agreed. Brown facemask is actually a huge win.

I think it actually might look BETTER than white or grey.

I've always liked our orange jerseys. The one jersey I actually own is a custom orange Jim Brown jersey. Love it.

Unless I'm missing something, about the only surprises they could bring out are a white helmet, orange pants, and orange jersey. Perhaps a "throwback" with the original drop shadow uniforms. Anything else would have to be something brand new and likely a big departure from what we now have.

There was a rumor of a "cream" or off-white jersey floating about. A cream version of the color rush with brown numbers would look pretty amazing, in my opinion.
