I never thought Weeden played well, but I didnt realize how bad he was until we had Hoyer and Campbell playing back there. Campbell played really well this game, but just by doing things like getting plays off in time, throwing halfway accurate passes, and having a positive TD to INT ratio; its revolutionizing this team. Campbell definitely did a few things that Weeden could never have done, and between him and Hoyer, I'm slowly becoming okay with the fact that we're not going to have a top 3 pick for QB. I'm also thinking just sign someone to be 3rd QB so they can learn the offense in time for Weeden to never touch the field again.
D came up huge in this one, 5 sacks, for tackles for loss, and basically forced them to go one dimensional. Was nice to see that Bess was able to bounce back with three huge plays.
4-5 at the bye is pretty much as good as anyone would have realistically expected at this point.
