Per KNR; Indians make trade.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I want to see his first at bat so i can see the ovation,i might cry lol.

Sounds like he got a bunt hit, some things never change, espn only showed fat faces 2 homeruns.

What is with baby elephant be a legit pitcher?

I can't believe anyone was questioning this trade. It makes perfect sense.

(1) There's no room for a minor league catcher in Cleveland. Victor is our all- star stud catcher for the foreseeable future. All we need is a reliable backup that make one or two other pitchers comfortable and those are a dime a dozen. The only question I could see someone asking is "couldnt we have gotten more?"

Short answer...No. If WE know about Victor then everyone else does too. We have no leverage on a minor league catcher who's never gonna play here.

(2) Kenny is one of the most beloved Indians EVER and for some stupid reason we still have trouble selling out. Kenny was THE guy during our sellout years and he's gonna bring back some of those fans.

(3) The less Grady hits leadoff the better, IMO. He K's way too much still and his HR power would be better suited at the #3 spot. Kenny is still able to steal bases, doesn't K all that much and has a decent OBP.

(4) And most important. He's Kenny. Nuff said.

I don't think they want to disrupt Grady's year, so I doubt they will move him away from the one spot. Grady got caught stealin last night, Lofton could teach him a thing or two.

Sounds like he got a bunt hit

Number 199... he's padding his record with the tribe haha. Number 2 is omar with one sixty something.

AMEN!

Im going to try and get a Lofton jersey and get it signed when I go to Cleveland next month, I still cant get over the fact hes back on the Tribe.

He got the pie in the face after the game which made me smile ear to ear.

Jigo the sellouts are there yet which is a little annoying but after the allstar game 95% of the games have been over the 30,000 mark. Next year, if we make the playoffs, will bring the attendance up a lot because more people will by season tickets and less individual tickets will have to go.

A buddy of mine got his autograph last night along the 3rd base line... I guess Kenny has a very tiny autograph that is just "KL"

He said Kenny signs before every game along the 3rd base line, and signs after the game by the players parking lot... So you should have a couple opportunities to make it happen..

I found a signed photo on Ebay... Look at that little sig.. lol

I remember I got his shirt/jersey type of deal with the sleeves and the name on the back...and I got Griffey's that same bday..

My dad made a encasement for some Indians memorabilia...

<a href="http://img502.imageshack.us/my.php?image=tribeen7.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/151/tribeen7.th.jpg" border="0" alt="Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.us" /></a>

and his sig on the bats were Kenneth Lofton

I went and dug up my old Kenny cards to take a look at the signed ones and sure enough that tiny ass signature was on them.

Hopefully we can move Grady out of the leadoff spot.. Your leadoff hitter should not be the league leader in strikeouts..

Gosh I hope that happens...

Really not a bad trade considering that Victor got to work and fixed his defensive problems, with that in tact we have our future catcher and Shoppach is a solid backup, so we really don't lose anything in Ramirez...

It's just basically Bob Wickman for Kenny Lofton if you think about it... :)

I like this move to bring Lofton back... He's always been a solid player and with Delucci out and Michaels playing so-so we need someone who can step in and play...

I have his rookie card signed... I think it's bigger. Did he change his signature?
