Round 2 Game 1 | Cavs vs. Celtics | May 1, 2010 | 8:00 EST TNT

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Did the Cavs get the memo that this is the first game of the second round of the playoffs? If not, could someone take that memo to the locker room right now?

This isn't any one person; this is the entire team sleepwalking through the first half. It's hard to believe Mike Brown allowed this to happen, and hard to believe a player like LeBron allowed his teammates to come out so soft and passive and with zero intensity. I don't care if LeBron is hurt as it's no damn excuse for the rest of the players to sleep.

Boston should be ahead by at least 20. I hope Brown tells the team that Rondo might try to get into the paint tonight, so we may wish to stop him.

IBWT, it is isnt about the points KG has scored on Jamison its about the position hes getting down there. Also making nice passes and plays from that position.

Who cares about the position he gets? He hasn't been able to convert at a high level (55+%) from that "position" all year. He is making nice passes because he is getting cutters who are catching perimeter players doing something stupid wide open at the rim.

Seriously, that's why the lead is 11. You know what I do at the start of the game? I tell KG that he can go for it. I'll let him try to beat me from the block. This isn't 2004 anymore. Go for it, Kevin. I execute my offense, stick like glue to everyone else, and if Garnett wants to go to the block, let him.

The fucking elbow is a big deal, otherwise he would be dominating out there...come on basketball gods, fix his fucking elbow!

Personally, I am not worried about LeBron at all. He sometimes has games where he misses 3 or 4 chippies in the first half, this was one of them. The only thing I notice that he is doing differently is he has only shot 1 jumper. That could be cause for concern, but then again, do we want him shooting jumpers?

I am much more concerned about AV. He doesn't look like himself at all, and we will need him big-time in this series...

Mo haters, Delonte played worse. Mo isnt the reason we're losing

Mo fan boys, Delonte is playing wayyyyyyyyyy better than Mo.

Mo better step up his game unlike last year.

Barkley has to be one of the most stupid analysists on tv, he doesn´t know shit about basketball.

If Barkley is stupid about hoops, then Kenny Smith has a basketball IQ of a drools-on-himself person.

I dont agree with what he said in the paper. He is way more banged up than he is leading on.

Mo: "Coach, I'm being raped by Rondo off the dribble, what do I do?"
Mike Brown: "Well I uhhhh you gotta give credit to Rondo"
Mo: "..."

was that shot on TNT safari with a windows background, because thats what it looked like

Last year, I remember thinking right away in that Orlando series... uh oh, this team is better than we thought. We're in trouble. I don't think that at all with this Celtics team. I'm just concerned about the Cavs' injury situation. Hope they prove me wrong and smoke Celts this half.

lol.

At least Delonte is giving us something on the offensive end.
wow one sequence.

Hes shot the ball more. Turned it over more, missed assignments, missed open players and went over screens against Rondo

people need to chill on the Mo hate. Hes not the sole reason for the half or every loss. Youll love him when hes hitting shots. Hes our best shooter
