Round 2, Game 3 | Cavaliers at Celtics | May 7, 2010 | 7:00 PM EDT ESPN

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Max ,I think we'd all be concerned even if we were up2-0.
Boston will not continue to play lights out if the Cavs step up their game and run them into rehab..if they let the Celts control the pace it'll be bad but if they psuh those guys they'll fold..

Nothing would make me happier than seeing Lebron come out possessed on Friday. In a perfect world he'd drop 50/10/10, then fire up an Auerbach cigar, walk to center court and take a piss on the celtics logo while giving the fans the double finger. But that just isn't going to happen. :(

Calculus, wet farts, EST v EDT, Eric Snow, Clinton actually taking Jigo seriously....what the fluck is going in this thread? I have gone from being worried about Friday to now guaranteeing a loss. I may not even watch the game. We are doomed...

:chuckles: I laugh because I don't know if I should take your post serious or not either...

I think if the Cavs want to win they have to wear the red jerseys, they're kinda a good luck charm... I guess.

As of today, Vegas book has Cleveland as a 1.5 point favorite in Game 3. They're the only Game 3 road team favored. Lakers are 4 point dogs and Suns are 6.5 point dogs. While it clearly won't factor into whether the Cavs come out and play like they're actually awake, I found it interesting that bookmakers expect to see a different Cavaliers team show up tomorrow.

I'd love for LeBron to come out getting his own shots and not being passive and setting up his teammates the whole 1st quarter.

I'll be shocked if he doesn't come out aggressive. He doesn't need to be out there gunning, but I think the team absolutely needs him aggressive.

They have rebounded well all season (besides late late season) after losses and played well on the road. Celtics haven't played Great at home so I can see why they are favored still. Take Cavs -1.5. I think the +1.5 Celtics bet is a sucker bet. Thats just me though. I wouldn't be surprised if the action gets around even and that last few minutes goes back up to -1.5 when the sharps get the last word.

Cavs are now like a fucking Human Centipede. LeBron you need to man up! We need this win badly.

Great preview, as usual

Here is your NumbersDon't preview:

Game Preview – Friday May 7 2010 – Cleveland Cavaliers @ Boston Celtics – Game 3

The Cavaliers head to Boston for Game 3 looking to regain homecourt advantage for the series. The bright side, if you’re the superstitious type is that, through 2 games at least, this series is setting up just like the ‘91-’92 series vs. Boston, a series that the Cavaliers won in 7 games. Boston took Game 2 in the Coliseum, although it was the Cavaliers that blew the Celtics out in Game 1, and Boston who pulled out a 6 point road win in Game 2. The Clevelanders ended up losing Game 3 (If this were to happen tonight, I would expect that Cavalier fans will be going absolutely crazy), but took Game 4 in an OT squeaker in Boston, the only playoff game the Cavaliers have won in Boston in 11 tries, that tied the series at 2 games apiece.

did they only give out XL's for the One For all shirt?

Lebron and the team need to come out aggressive.the only thing on their mind must be this:"I don't panic,I do damage."Oh..I can't wait to watch the Cavs destroy the Celtics.Go Cavs!

Max, don't be a asshole, man. We were predominately talking about US History, not calculus. Who gives a flying Fillmore about calculus. You're just like that jackass that was knocking James Buchanan the other day because he didn't have the opportunity to cheat on his wife because he wasn't married.

At any rate, I hope the Cavs turn this war around like the US militia at Saratoga. Lebron better not shoot until he sees the whites of the eyes of the interior defenders.

Cavs have to come out and take the game to them early..they know what they need to do,they just need to do it.

If Lebron wants to be in Michaels' neighborhood, he needs to play with that kind of will tonight.
