I think this is where negations will work in the Browns favor next offseason. He’s best suited on a team like the Browns where he’s not going to face a double team every play. The days of a team paying him to be a #1 pass rusher are over. I don’t know what the Browns will be willing to pay him, but Clowney will be hard pressed to find a better situation in terms of winning and supporting cast.
