So are you saying Odell didn’t quit on the team? Also the Browns weren’t exactly mediocre last year when they were a quarter away from the AFC Championship game without him. And he still wanted out of that situation before the season. And we’re still firmly in the playoff mix this year when he asked out. For the you can get WRs anywhere in the draft people. You just saw a whole season worth of data with a bunch of WR 2/3 on the roster. It’s not pleasant in the 2020s version of the nfl.

This (plus not really loving any QBs in this draft) is why I think you bring Baker back, draft a WR in the 1st, and see if it works. If it doesn't work, go all in for a QB in 2023 when Stroud, Young, Rattler, Haener, etc will all be available (and you'll already have the WR you take in 2022).

Agreed. If the Browns keep their pick and take anything other than WR *and* don't acquire a significant WR via trade/free agency, I'll be pretty pissed.
