Terrelle Pryor - By the Numbers

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Like or not, TP is going to be leading this team to a Big Ten championship the second half of next year. No way whatsoever he is going pro. Whether or not a young QB steps up the first few games (it won't be 5), TP will be the closer to the season. The young guns will better develop for the future because of this, though. They'll 1: have to compete like hell to be the starter, and 2: get such valuable time in the games.

I think this stuff will make the team performance stronger.

I'm saying what if someone like Miller clearly blows things away and is not just good, but great? I mean really great? Are we going to bench him for being great? It sounds like that's what we are going to do. I believe something like that can go either way. Miller might not take it very well. It may divide the lockerroom as well. I'm not talking about a regular freshman who may happen to look pretty good in the first three games. I am talking about a freshman who could look awesome and the best QB in the country by far. Are we really going to bench him if that's the case?

Yes, that's exactly what they're going to do.

And besides, you'll probably have an irrational hatred for Braxton by game three because he wore a Pistons thong.

Enough with the bashing of Doug, I think you guys forget that Pryor took over for Boeckman who led us to a national championship just a year before. It is possible for Braxton to do awesome and win over Tressell but i doubt it happens.

There is no sense in it...

You don't bench one of the best QBs in Buckeye HISTORY because you don't like him...Just because you have a highly rated FRESHMAN.

You ever seen a true freshman come in and lead a team to the National Championship? No...you haven't.

Teams who start freshman rebuild....

So Doug can whine and cry for Pryor to be benched all he wants, I'll be rooting for a National Title run and a CERTAIN BCS bowl bid AGAIN under Pryor when he returns.

You only read what you want to read.

Anyway; best in history? That's a matter of opinion. I would say not.

The numbers say differently.

Of course, you're more worried about his Twitter account and the logo on his hat.

Actually b00bie; I'm more concerned with you. :coffee:

Braxton Miller is not going to look like the best QB in the NCAA as a freshman..

Cause he's a frontrunner and baby. And I hate both those traits in people.

Call him a frontrunner, fine. But it certainly doesn't make him classless or anything of that sort.

Again, he has no connection to Cleveland whatsoever. Who the fuck cares?

This thread is about his #'s, by the way, not a hat.

Fact is, he will go down as one of the best OSU QB's.

No; you come on dude.

Pryor could have worn a, gosh, IDK, an OSU cap on the field before the game? No; this guy wears a Miami Heat cap as he's good buds with James. He does not care how much sports fans over Ohio hate James for what he did, nor does he have a conscience at all about the pain Ohio fans feel about things. Of all the caps this guy could wear right before the Sugar Bowl and ON THE FIELD, he chooses a Heat cap?

No, you come on dude.

I don't want him playing for OSU next year. I appreciate he finally apologized and did so sincerely, but the guy is bad news on many levels.

What happens if Miller starts the first three or five games next year and tears up the field with both his running and passing, and OSU wins by 3 to 4 TD's in each game? Does Tressel then decide to bench the kid for Pryor?

Again, he has no connection to Cleveland. Not even close. The only connection he has to Ohio at all is that he's going to school here. For 4 years. And that's it. Again, not seeing how this is a big deal in the least bit. Plus, as boobie stated, we don't even know if he's a fan. Kids don't necessarily where caps of teams they're fans of, but rather which looks best or is the 'in' thing.

Stop making a big deal out of nothing just because of your dislike for the guy.

I presume he wore it because James is his guy.

I think he's one of if not the greatest QB in Ohio State History.......if he would win a national championship for Ohio State next season, that would put him at the top in my opinion

:wtf:

And that's the point that doesn't seem clear to a few in here.
And who cares if LeBron is his 'guy'? Is Pryor suppose to 'defriend' him because he left a team he has no ties to or doesn't care about?
