My question: how does Jake Elmore get a start at 1B??? Granted they shifted Bobby Bradley over to the workouts at Lake County but shouldn't Jake Bauers start at 1B for 1 squad and Carlos Santana at 1B for the other squad???

That would free up OF at bats for others (Luplow/ Zimmer) until Delino Jr arrives & is ready..

We don't ban guys with different takes, just ban guys who attack others in there takes. I personally don't mind different takes at all, but the way you voice the takes, doesn't put you in a good light. I would love more productive members on here with takes different than the masses, just make sure you dont attack , troll and belittle other posters. I guess on here we respect legit stats more than hunches (i go by hunches a lot, so i get my fair share of peeps not liking my posts), but I also respect the other guys as well. I want this to be the best community of baseball forums anywhere on the web.

Well Elmore is apart of the team and he can play just about anywhere. I dont doubt this will be a spring training game and everyone gets in pretty much.

sportscoach.... I guess we both want the same general things. We want to the MLB team do well. We want to discuss ideas (even different ones so a new viewpoint can be explored). We want a good chat board where fans can gather, discuss what is happening. Agreement is not key. Treating others with respect is key..

All that said Ive already listed that 1 poster on ignore. Too much BS & hot air already. Too many same statements as another poster that literally ruined another good chat board as mods would not/ could not take actions against R over a multiple year period. What was worse that poster created multiple accounts & ignoring them all ruined the readability of the pages... Nearly 20 people migrated over here as the IBI/ 24-7 boards closed & I believe part of the reason coming here was becuz said poster (R) had already been banned here at RCF.. I know it was a selling point for me when "Booyas" (mainly part of the Browns boards) pointed out the ban to me...
