Hey Q can you help me with something.

I wanted to throw up something on Karinchak, but I don't see how to upload an image from my computer.

Is there away without having to go through imagur or something like that, because that is pretty cumbersome. If so can you post me a reply in detail how I find it on the site or how you go about doing it.

I don't think Q is the right guy to ask about that. I'm not sure this site has the built-in image functionality you speak of.

You may want to ask in the 'Anything Else?' thread that the site owner posted in the Ask the Staff section.

Jup it is always better to tag someone as well, since sometimes you miss it in convos always put in @ sign then their name so @The Human Q-Tip plus we also have some other people who go by Q at times like @Out of the Rafters at the Q so best to tag to invite them into the convo so they know which one you are talking about.

@Ben is the site person, so send him a message and he should be able to help/direct you. Also the non-Indians mods are all nice and when they have a chance will respond so dont be afraid of sending a private convo. What was it that you were looking to put up?

i may have missed completely what you're asking, but can't you just click the image icon in the tool bar, then click the upload icon, and then browse to wherever it is on your computer and click that?

I know it’s only two games, but this cold start by hitters is just all too familiar. And, I know pitchers are suppose to be ahead of hitters. Yet, we are tied for 2nd worse BA and are well locked into 2nd worse SLG. And, yes, it is only 2 games but it’s not against top pitching either but Kansas City Royals. At least, they have an excuse with going up against 2 potential Cy Young type pitchers.

The only team worse is Colorado who goes up against Kluber today. Will they make him look Cy Youngish type again?

Put it up over on the bullpen thread already through imagur because the help button on the insert image said that they are "allowed" @sportscoach. But the work on the photos for explanatory purposes are always done on my computer. So it is much easier to just upload them to the site from there. But if this site doesn't have that functionality, I will just have to get better at going through a third party source. And did I do the @ thing correctly. In another words did I tag you correctly

EDIT: I played around with the whole image posting stuff for awhile trying different things and I think I have a better feel for how to go about it on this site now. So hopefully I won't need any further help on that front.

Yes you got the tagging thing correctly! That will help you out in the future talking on here. I never messed with the picture and whatnot systems on here to be honest so I wouldnt be any help on that front, but honestly dont be afraid to ask the admins/mods for help on this site. Sometimes a private message though is easier

Look, I'm not one to say that the end result changes the deal. It's not like we knew Kluber was going to get hurt, or that Clase was going to get hit with a PED suspension. But, things like injury are risks you factor into the evaluation.

Things that happen after the fact don't mean the deal you made originally was any wiser or dumber. But, if someone wants to take an ill-advised victory lap after the fact, then just not having Kluber's dead money on the books this season is a win. Also, Clase's PED suspension might actually benefit us, as it prevents him from accruing a full year of service time for a COVID-shortened season. Plus we still have DeShields.
