The 2021 Cleveland Baseball Organization

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
There is a very real chance the Clevinger trade will net 1/3rd of the lineup in a few days and almost 20% of the 26 man roster. Average age of those guys is only 25 too.

And that's not even touching the 21 year old top 100 SS prospect currently slashing .282/.429/.462 in AAA after never playing above A ball prior to 2021 or the 21 year old starter that was carving up AAA hitters at the alt site.
Somewhere Vinnie Pestano is sitting back knowing he played a part in all of this

I was so unbelievably wrong about this trade. The only part I was excited about was Arias.

I actually have him 4th

1. Trout - 2.5
2. Vlad Jr. - 2.4
3. Bogaerts - 2.2
4. Ohtani - 2.0
Who was the last MVP from a sub-500 team?

I think Abreu should be in the conversation; 33 RBI's in 38 games for the team with the best record and best offense in the A.L. With Eloy Jimenez out and now Luis Robert the Sox have not missed a beat.

They would definitely have to throw in somebody else. Not Trout - let's be realistic.

I am not sure Trout shouldnt be on the table. I mean Zimmer is a once in a lifetime prospect, unlike Ohtani, I am hearing things that Zimmer is doing in the minors that hasnt been done since Babe. (you know the pig from that movie)

I'm doubting the recall of Ernie Clement at this point. He left the game back on Thursday 5/13 due to a leg issue & has not played since.
I would assume CLE would want to be sure Ernie is capable of playing (even just a game) before he gets called up to the majors.
