Do Not Sell My Personal Information
So you are in an unlimited homerun league?

Typically from way in the past, my friends that played in slow pitch tournaments, had limits to homeruns per a person, team, ect. Not sure if you played on a travelling team or not, but sounds like you are good enough for that, just cant hit a homerun every time or even every other time like you did.
I stay away from tournaments that have hr limits. Most do, lowest level only allows 1 hr a game,3 at the next level and 5 at the level above that.

We had a completely unlimited tourney a month ago and we hit out 17 hr in 5 games.. thought that was pretty impressive until we heard a team a level above us hit 30 in the first 3 games of the tourney. That's more than one an inning for that team

I had a friend that played tourneys that could hit a homerun every at bat almost if wanted. I like the strategy the limited homerun brings, but I am a guy that in my prime I couldnt hit over the fences eventhough I am a big guy and they would back up for me not knowing I had gator arms and no power. :chuckle:

Still really cool stats, and being able to hit that many homeruns is impressive.

"Any time he wants" is often stated but in actuality no one has perfect timing or gets a pitch that they can elevate every at bat. Conference players, which is the highest level there is, top hitters are around 40% of at bats and that's very few people of the peiple who play at the very highest level. Like paid to play, equipment is sponsored, "I have my name on a model of a bat" guys

Hr Derby's too, with juiced balls etc. No one is hitting even half the balls out with cookies being lobbed at them. 300 feet isn't hard to clear and I'm far from the biggest guy around but the trajectory and barrel rate is just going to limit everyone. Have to square it have to lift it. Line drives are fails, and that's hitting the ball perfectly to be honest

I played in a midnight drunk restaurant league. I used to coach every year, played for 7 years. Had fun, my friend didnt play in our league. "Too good" for it, but came to some games and drank with us, lol.

But I get your point, he was on those sponsored leagues, got paid a bit to play, didnt pay for equipment, ect. But you know more than me, i never went to see him because it was travelling tourney's and drinking wasnt encouraged like my league, lol

What are some good resources preparing for a fantasy baseball draft? Any good reading/podcasts people can recommend?

I’ve played fantasy baseball for years now. I’m just looking for something different since I had a down couple years. But I feel that pain.
