The Game (2021) | #2 Ohio State @ #5 TTUN | November 27th, 2021 @ High Noon

BTW there's a lot of "We would been destroyed by Georgia and Bama anyway" stuff and..nah.

Georgia, yes.

But Alabama is going to, 100%, get very, very exposed in the SEC title game the way we did today.

Goddamit. What is there to look forward to in sports now

And I fully expect Michigan to blow it against Wisconsin.

I remember being here for a long time.

Just want you to know I appreciate you Rich.

It’s possible next year is more of the same……but everything is house money.

Some people will laugh at that…..but the bigger theme this year was program stability.

They beat OSU. They’ll have a lot of recruiting momentum. Cade back.

If nothing else, they can move forward. Everything is else, cherry on top.

I actually think of Michigan wins that game they have a great shot to win their semi-final against whoever they play.

They honestly should be undefeated right now. They were dominating Michigan State and just choked.

But I fully expect them to not be totally and completely ready to play against a surging Wisconsin team who will absolutely be fully ready to play.

The defense plays so timid. Soft coverage. Guys standing around waiting on the ball carrier to come to them. Just playing reactionary football. Looks like they are in line for a massive overhaul of the staff. It appears we have turned into a Big 12 team that doesn’t want to get their hands dirty in the trenches on either side of the ball.

I know it became somewhat of a joke as the season went along, but Stroud absolutely refusing to use his legs is not good for this team. It pretty much eliminates the read option and makes it easy for a defense to pin their ears back knowing that he’s either going to throw it away or turtle if he feels pressure.

You obviously don’t want to overreact to a loss, but this defense has been a ticking time bomb for several seasons. Also, Day is putting together some pretty ugly coaching tape against teams of similar ability.
