Week 11 (11/16): Texans (4-5) @ 1st Place Browns (6-3) 1 PM CBS

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Wondering if the dude is awful in practice and they don't want to mess up his trade value.

Also, Hoyer is the starter and they technically were down a TD+2, onside kick and TD+2. So, TO ME, them putting Manziel in would probably seem like a message to some fans rather than garbage time.

Doesn't matter about Gordon IMO.

@ ATL - Torched in a dome
@ BUF - Possible win
vs. IND - No shot
vs. CIN - Dalton might stink again?
@ CAR - They should win this
@ BAL - Should've beat em the first time, but now on the road

Just don't see 4 wins here. This was a must-win today in my book and, if anything, a game where they could prove their worth as a contender. They didn't. Fuck them. What an absolute fucking letdown and a joke.

Hoyer is serviceable, but that guy doesn't deserve a big contract.

Forgot Buffalo. I see wins over Carolina, maybe Buffalo and then a toss-up game. 9-7 is where I think they'll be, which is not good enough for the playoffs, I imagine.

I am livid.

Yeah, cuz coaches really worry about a players trade value in the middle of a game....

What happened to the Bills?

No shot at home against the Colts?

Well no one thought the Rams had a shot today...

If there's one thing we should have learned by now it's that you can't predict games in advance with this team. We've been thumped by Jacksonville and Houston and thumped Pittsburgh and Cincinnati.

I just don't think we can expect the Browns to come out and hammer it on all cylinders week-in and week-out. They aren't at that level. It isn't as if they're worlds better than Houston even on paper.

Still 6-4, still have every opportunity to have a good year.

Didn't realize down by 2 scores with 3 minutes to go was the middle of the game... Thanks for clearing that up. What was I thinking?

I'll chalk that up as Jets > Steelers, Jags > Browns type of thing. Bad team due.

But, you're right, you do never know.

What is true is that a loss like this, against a team they should beat if they want to be legit, is not very good and it makes that Indianapolis game all the more vital.

Frustrating day. Been saying all week that this was must win to be serious about playoffs. That dream is dead. Now I dream of 9-7 or 8-8. Other thoughts...Cundiff stinks 0 confidence in him kicking outside of 35 yards, Hoyer is not accurate and is not the answer, Injuries have caught up with the D and that's going to make for a long December. I hope we can get to 8-8 but I am skeptical.

7-9 is what I expected at the beginning of the year and that's about what they're looking at.

Really brutal loss.

Wasn't that like his 3rd or 4th miss? Two being a block and bad snap?

Probably. It just feels like he is going to miss which is why I said 0 confidence. But I may be anchored to his AFC Championship shank.

They've lost 2 of their last 7 and have 6 left. So, to get this straight, you have them going 1-5 to close the season?

There's no approximate guessing with 16 games, so there's not really an "about what they're looking at"... 8 or 9 games isn't "about 7-9". It's a pretty big difference.

L to Falcons
L to Bills
L to Colts
L to Bengals
L to Panthers
W vs Ravens

And I was saying 7-9 is what I expected their record to be. Not that they'd have 7-9 wins.
