Can't speak to Cleveland specifically, but I've ubered both to and from Astros, Texans, and Rockets games with no problems whatsoever. I would recommend you set your pickup spot postgame a couple blocks away from the stadium so it's not so hectic though.

I Ubered home from the rams game and it was a disaster like I didn’t get home until 2:00 Am... I would try RTA or alternative way

Where are you heading after? East, west or south? You might want to walk a little bit to East 9th and Lakeside and turn left (going East) on Lakeside for a few blocks. It'll be a lot cleaner and you don't have to take the West 3rd or East 9th highway onramps.

Then definitely do that route. It'll take you about a 15 minute walk to get to a good point from the stadium, but its probably exponentially better than by the stadium or anywhere closer to the center of downtown or the flats.

I took the rapid to get out of downtown last year at the Jets Thursday game. Then just grabbed an Uber for the short drive from the rapid station home
