Paparazzi is such a strange profession. You just hang outside restaurants and clubs and rush celebs as they step out.

It has to drive you crazy.

Imagine going to get your mail and you get a rush of strange people coming at you with cameras.

I kind of figure its like going to a car dealership. By the time you get out of your car, there is some person inches from your face.

Except now they would have cameras.

And they would be everywhere you go.

It has to be the absolute worst.

That's right. This is a different story if Kevin tore a ligament trying to cut or similar non-contact trauma. I find that to be good news.

Also, does anyone know what the "loose body" was? Bone, cartilage, etc.,?

It was Delonte West.

Good news. The team training staff thinks Kevin's knee injury was a contact injury, and can be traced back to banging knees in the Washington game:

Interesting...I'm actually watching the Cavs playoff run from last year right now as background while doing some work, and I notice Kevin is wearing knee pads...then I went an looked at highlights from the Washington game, and he is wearing knee sleeves this year.

Willing to bet when we see Love next, he will have pads on his knees if it happened on a knee to knee bump.

I just hope that when Kevin comes back he plays well so we don't have to hear about trade rumors.....at least until next trade deadline.

On the plus side, if things don't go well with Kevin....

Butler and George didn't get traded yet. Perhaps we can revisit in the offseason.

What are the chances Kevin Love was having knee problems ever since he came to the Cavs, and now after the surgery he is going to look much better athletic wise? running the floor.. etc.

Looked pretty athletic/healthy all this year save for the post stomach illness week and the games after the knee tweak.

I dunno man. He looked pretty inconsistent to me. He looked much better with enough rest but there were games where he was contesting shots at the rim and some games he was boxing out the player without even trying to contest.
Some games he was running the floor well and some games he looked slow and unathletic.

I'm just wondering if there is a possibility his knees were giving him problems even before the diagnosis and for how long.

I just don't see a big impact by Love on this team, I'm really trying though. I have browsed through the game logs and surprisingly the Cavs are not a worse rebounding team without Love.
I had a feeling he wasn't an impactful rebounder like TT and not just because of OREB%.
The Cavs are a better offensive team in Love's absence(could be Korver settling even more and Derrick Williams playing well)
Cavs are worse defensively without Love.

So to sum it up, why aren't we suffering in the rebounding department without him? Lebron is averaging the same amount of rebounds without Love in this stretch so how do we maintain the same TREB%?
I know RPM loves Love but why don't I feel like we miss him like you should feel when you miss your all-star/superstar.
@priceFTW ?

Well, I mean, he's no Melo!

I'm genuinly asking a valid question here. Why the negativity or sarcasm? These are facts that i'm curious about.
I'm just trying to understand why. Especially when you consider Kevin Love to be a good rebounder.
