Would have loved to see Manny last night. Every time Sessions and Kyrie were in together and Kyrie was playing OFF OF THE FUCKING BALL, I was just praying Byron would give Manny a chance. Hopefully he can prove himself to Byron over the All-Star break and get a little time before his 10-day expires.

i'm anxious to see what Manny can do this year. i'm tired of watching small ball (Sessions and Gibson are too short for SG). i want to see what this team can do with a true SG playing the position.

I'd honestly be surprised if Manny gets to play. The only way he does is if we blow the Hornets out early. You guys have to remember he is STILL the 15th man on the bench. Assume Parker comes back after the All-Star Break and that we sign Manny to another 10 day contract, when is he going to play?

Eh, I'm not sure. I mean, is he really behind Harangody? I don't know. With Samardo and Eyenga seemingly in the HC's doghouse more than they are not, is he behind them, too? Not sure there, either. Is he behind Hollins? Maybe, because of the Andy injury, but again, I'm just not positive.
Either way, I'm hoping his situation is more reflective of Gee's than Uzoh's. Given his familiarity with the system, I'm hoping that does turn out to be the case.

My only hope during his 10 day contract is that he gets to play some meaningful, non-garbage time minutes to show what he has. I will be slightly annoyed if it's Anthony Parker's corpse which prevents that from happening.

Glad to see Manny back with the CAVS and I am a little pissed he got no playing time in the last game how is he supposed to prove his worth riding the pine the whole game? AP's corpse needs to be gone like last year already.

To be fair, "AP's Corpse" didn't steal any minutes from Manny against Detroit. He would need to have Sessions and Boobie out of the lineup to see any significant minutes, as well. With Sessions likely to be moved soon and Parker and Gibson always injured, this is actually a legitimate scenario...but not during this 10 day, unfortunately.
He will probably get 5-10 minutes against the Hornets barring a blowout and his real opportunity will be in practice where Scott can test drive the improved/uninjured Manny.
Keep in mind it is possible he is just another body that knows our schemes with AP/Boobie on the mend and they have no intention of playing him or keeping him after the 10 day.
