You know he's good when even I want him.

I brought his name up a month or so ago as my number one target.

Heck of a player, love his game, and signed for two years and not necessarily a big market sign. Very underrated.

Can play LF and 3B. I think thats exactly what we need, and the Indians have been adding a lot of versatile guys lately (switch hitting, multiple positions). Seems like he would be a good fit.
 
Headley would be a perfect mediocre pick-up.

He's one of those classic throw-back type of guys that does most things slightly below average and a heck of a lot of things at right about average. He'd fit in nicely.
 
Actually, Headley would be a vast improvement to LF or 3B.

Headley isn't bad.

Not a world beater or anything, not sure why people are acting like Jigo just called a superstar a turd or something.

They might be able to at least a very slim shot at teams like the Yanks and Texas. I agree their record and amount of games are there and not yet out of It. The next level however has not been reached and each off season I hope they get that ONE just one guy that can make this team better. The failure to even bring up LaPorta and stills plays that bum Cunningham shows how ignorant this FO Is.
