Game 32 | Cavaliers vs Bulls Jan 2nd, 7:30PM (ET)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Player of the night has to be Larry Hughes going 1-9 on the field. He also was burned on defense, had a turnover or two, and was blocked by a rookie. Give this man a chalupa! (Or more playing time when we play the Bulls next)

He had fun out there though, which is all that matters.

Derrick Rose appears to be a bust so far. Rudy Fernandez, OJ Mayo, and Augustin seem to be the biggest steals of the draft.Brooks & Westbrook are playing pretty well too.

He is averaging 17 points a game

Chalmers was the steal of the draft...Miami got that dude in the 2nd round.

Rose has been the rookie of the month in the East the past 2 months.

I reckon rose will win ROY

He might be averaging 17 points but that doesn't mean he's playing well.

Cavs needed a game like this to get back in the groove. This is the team we've seen all season although playing against the Bulls does help a little.

Varejao was incredible tonight. Probably his best game as a Cav. Hopefully he can just come somewhat close to this level for the next few weeks. LeBron, West and even Gibson set him up with some great passes.

Sasha stepped up with a nice performance too. Now if he can just do it a little more consistently.

The win and margin of victory really just comes down to one factor though. The greatness of Wally. Just his presence back on the active roster raises the level of play for everyone. Cavs need the high 5's and ass slaps to once again crush opponents.

Especially playing as well as he is on the Grizzlies.

According to the stat sheet, hickson had a fantastic game. 13 points, 5 for 8 shooting, 6 rebounds, 2 blocks, 2 turnovers in 18 minutes. from actually watching the game it's obvious that the potential is there, though he still needs to learn and gain experience on court. He's still a step too fast and seems to panic when he gets the ball down low. I wish he wouldn't dribble when he gets it down that far; he should just go up with it without any dribble. He seems to fumble it if he takes too many dribbles. but the potential is definately there. those two jumpers had a pretty soft touch to them, and he is showing he can bang down low and get the and 1. Hopefully Brown continues to play him and he gets the experience to slow down and learn from some of his mistakes. He has a big upside, I can tell you that, and all in all, good game by the rookie.
