2014 MOCK DRAFTS: Where & Who the Browns Are Picking

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
10 picks isnt enough? Eh....

Yeah, they were saying how all they've heard is how much the new FO values draft picks, and will be looking to get more.

Its been a running theme down here for a while now.

Mock draft is completely different than player ratings...

Just pointing out that certain players represented by certain people tend to get more positive pub from him.

If we're not taking Watkins / Robinson / Clowney at 4, I would prefer to trade down. No sense in wasting the pick on non-elite talent when you could pick up equal talent further down in the draft as well as more draft picks.

Could not disagree more.

Clowney, I'm ok with, but I want nothing to do with a RT or WR at 4..

Bortles/Bridgewater/Clowney or trade down, for me.

Who's your number 4 if they are gone and there's no trade down?

I'm getting more and more of a gut feeling that Greg Robinson will be the pick

Wouldn't be opposed to Mack.

I'd literally throw something at my T.V if we draft a RT with the #4 overall pick.

I'm not sure the Browns should stay at 4. It's not really a spot where they can draft a guy who is really good who immediately fills a position of need.

Despite my views on some of the guys, the Browns don't need to put more money in the OLB spot, nor do they need to draft ANOTHER first round lineman. I guess I'd say Watkins intrigues me *although his drops terrify me and he doesn't really fit that traditional #2 role* and I'm not sure any of the QB's really deserve the hype that comes with being the 4th pick in the draft.

Kind of a shitty position for the Browns.

Teddy had a poor pro day according to some. Other than that he's still the same elite prospect he was 6 months ago. Bridgewater at 4 is the right choice.

Been screaming this for weeks. Thank you.

I'm not sure what has changed from people thinking teams were going to Tank For Teddy this time last year.

Get the man.

To be quite frank, I'm not sure he will be there.

He may not be you are right. For QB needy teams he should be ahead of Manziel and Carr for sure. You can make the case about Bortles but for me, I think Teddy will be the better pro initially and for his career. Bortles has the potential to be better but Teddy is much further developed and who knows if Bortles can maximize his talent.

FWIW, Rizzo said Friday that he's heard Farmer loves and has always loved Bridgewater. Consider the source but it makes sense since he gets the least buzz and association with the Browns of any QB including Garoppolo and Carr.

I'm growing more and more certain that Bridgewater is a lock to be there at four.

The only question for me is, do they like Bortles more and will he be there too? Or do they want to jump to two?

Time will tell.

I don't think Bridgewater gets past JAX still. They would pass on a QB only if Clowney is there, but it's looking more and more like Houston takes Clowney at #1.
