2015-2016 Around the NBA

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
At this point, I'd say I have the least amount of faith in Chicago, but who knows. East is gonna be a fun race this year.
Not sure how you could say that about the Bulls and not Atlanta. The Bulls are their typical inconsistent selves, beating the best teams in the league and then getting tooled on by inferior opponents. They'll be there in the end.

Not too sure about ATL though. People who called last year a fluke season for them are looking vindicated at the moment.

I can't believe the quality of play that Brad Stevens is getting out of a Celtics squad with basically no stars on it (Isiah Thomas and Avery Bradley are the only two guys on that team who seem like they would clearly be good starters on most other teams). Imagine what he could do with our lineup.

I remember when LeBron was asked his opinion about the Celtics following one of the playoff games (I think G2) and his response was "that's a very well-coached team right there."

No doubt about it, Stevens is legit. I'd certainly take him.

You know things are bad when you need Paul Gasol shooting threes to win a game.

I'm not saying Stevens isn't a good coach, but people act like because Boston doesn't have a "name", they aren't any good. That team is loaded with really good players. Just because they don't have any true "stars" doesn't mean they aren't really talented.

I'm not disagreeing, but I don't think the 76ers would be sitting in the same boat if they had Stevens.

Ehh, they have a bunch of role players and an annual 6th man of the year candidate.

Rondo slowly turning into his old Boston Celtic days....

And they finished 7th in the Eastern Conference last year. They currently sit 7th in the Eastern Conference this year. That sounds about right for a team with role players and a 6MOY candidate.

I mean everyone basically has the same record right now.

Would you be surprised if I told you that Indiana and Boston are1 and 2 in srs right now and very far ahead of the pack?

(Srs weights records with opponents records and wins and losses by point differential)
