2015-2016 Schedule Discussion

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I wish it was in Cleveland, but otherwise I think we all expected this. Nice to see that we should be getting the schedule next week, thanks for the info.

The Warriors won, so they should get homecourt for the Christmas game.

LeBron's gonna be pissed about that one if that's the case. He bitched last year that we were on the road for Christmas, but this one kind of makes sense since we usually make our west coast trip around the beginning of January.
Yeah, it'd be nice if us playing on the road on Christmas didn't become a tradition. Particularly if LeBron is gonna half ass it during the game.

It's their biggest draw on their biggest regular season day. They want it right in the middle of Xmas day for all eyes to watch. I'd venture to say Heat, Bulls or Spurs on the opener.

Last year they shafted us on the schedule.

I really hope we don't have to play so many bullshit 4/5 nights stretches especially putting marquee games at terrible inpportune times(see:Chicago game pre-all star break last year).

If they decide they want to treat us to that poo-poo platter schedule, I hope Blatt Popovich's them regularly on National T with the poo-poo platter line-up where Delly takes 33 shots. 30 contested threes and 3 wild floaters.

When does everyone think the schedule will be released? My money is on a week from today.

My bet is we open the season at home against Boston so a certain WNBA player can sit out his suspension and not lose his life. If Cavs are playing GSW on X-mas then I hope the come here to Portland while the kids are out of school. I won't have to worry about a school night game.

No way the NBA pits us against a bum team like Boston on opening night..

If I had to guess, I would say the Cavs will open up at home against Miami. We can expect the schedule to be released early this week.

Been hearing that too. Most likely will have a special on NBATV to announce some of the marquee match ups.

I'll have a full breakdown of the schedule on the main page of RCF once it's announced. As Lowe reported, NBA is cutting down on 4 games in 5 nights so that will be a positive for the Cavs.
