The version with the red numbers is pretty damn close, although the sleeve design is the more traditional stripe pattern.

Hey, @AZ_ are these the actual black jerseys you mentioned they'll wear... with the red Nike swoosh?

Also, do you have any info on what's up with the grey ones? Are there any plans of them actually wearing these, or just a mock up? I actually kind of dig those... I mean, the basketball team wears grey jerseys as alternates so it's not THAT farfetched I guess.

Heard these uniforms (with the wide stripes) won't be worn any longer-- they're replaced by the uniforms they wore in the playoffs (and the past two weeks).

As an MSU fan, I feel the same way. Unfortunately with that game being so late in the year, the loser is almost guaranteed to miss out on the playoff. Hoping both teams stay healthy, as it should be a classic.

I think the loser is most likely out, regardless of when the game is. I don't see 2 Big Ten teams in the CFP barring some really unlikely circumstances.

Just passing on news I heard...so not sure if 100% true but the person who told me, I have full trust in.

His gf is in grad school at Ohio State and attends a class w/a certain professor. Small class. Made everyone put away their phones and he showed them the black jerseys. Can't give you any details about it (like how AZ can) but I wasn't sure if they were 100% going to be used or not. But at least to me, I am certain they are wearing em.

Pretty pumped. Hopefully they will try and blackout the stadium like how PSU does their whiteouts. If so, hopefully they announce in enough time for everyone to either get a black jersey/shirt/coat, etc...would be cool to see.

I am probably in the minority but I am not a fan of the new black color scheme trend. Grey has always been overlooked and IMO not worn enough.

Going all back is actually an old trend. Going grey would actually be way more trendy nowadays.

The only way Ohio State would look good in grey is if they wore white pants with it.

Always felt Hyde was going to be good back: power to break tackles, great vision, on top of a decent burst. Surprised that Seattle passed on him as he was ideal as a Marshawn Lynch heir.
