Probably a little immature, but Meyer is handling this whole thing incredibly poorly. He named Cardale the starter, but he has essentially had to look over his shoulder after any bad play to see if he's getting pulled.

He's kind of a clown.

But he's our clown.

Urban seemed to allude to the fact that the play calling has been doing Jones no favors. Hopefully they can establish the run game early so Cardale can take the top off the defense with the vertical passing game.

Outside of Zeke & Mike Thomas, everything involving the offense has been bad.

Has there ever been such an important game against a mediocre team in September? Should be interesting..

Then they had better run the ball next game to set up the play action. Otherwise, if they are going to continue to run a game centered around the option and short passing, it makes no sense to start Cardale.

I'm not so sure.

I think JT would be the starter if he did ANYTHING of significance with his playing time but he hasn't. He's been just as bad as Cardale, in my opinion. I think that's what Urban meant when he said today "Cardale is the starter until someone beats him out and that hasn't happened". I feel like Cardale's issues are with his defensive reads whereas JT has been inaccurate and staring down his target.

I've been pretty disappointed in the usage of Nick Vannett this year. I thought our offense made huge strides last year once they began utilizing Vannett in the intermediate passing game.

He did have 4 receptions last week but they averaged 4 yards a catch. I'd like to see him get more opportunities on seam routes and force defenses to account for the middle of the field. I have a feeling we at least see a few shots to Vannett down the seam this weak off play-action to Zeke. And keep in mind, the TE seam route was a Braxton staple. Time to bring it back...

Maybe he is just giving him another shot to tear up a shitty WMU team. If he struggles against them, pull him before B1G play.

Has anyone on here that is a non-OSU student ever bought tickets off of a student for a game? I'm looking at purchasing 3 tickets for the Penn State game, and the seats are in the A deck (student section). From what I understand you can purchase them, pay a $20/ticket deposit for the student photo ID that is required to get in the game, and then afterwards returning the ID and are refunded the $20 deposit. I've heard the ushers don't care if you are the student or not as long as the ID is valid and scans with the ticket.

Looking for any help on this if anyone has done this before, or know someone who has. I have a few friends coming into Ohio that weekend, and we have been planning on attending this game, but obviously I don't want us to spend $160 a head for tickets that we wont be able to use.
