Hey, mock drafts throughout the internet are the culmination of hundreds and hundreds of guys with way too much time on their hands making wild guesses. It's an art of pulling names out of a hat in a slow news month. What just mock one mock?

That said, back in the 1980s I was one of the suckers paying $4.95 at the bookstore for Street and Smith Mock Draft magazines after slowly lingering in the Hustler isle way too long. I'm no better than anyone else.

To be fair, I've only just recently within the last 5 years to totally ignore mock drafts, especially when it comes to player evaluations.

With the rise of youtube and sites like draft breakdown, you can see nearly anyone you want.

It's what makes me say that I'd rather have Perriman or Strong than a guy like Parker at 12. It allowed me last year to see that Bridgewater was going to be such a good QB...*sigh*.

Wow what a dumb ass. I've seen his name drop a bit on some mock drafts. Prior to the combine he was a lock for the top 5. I've seen him in some get past the Browns at 12.

These people are SO FUCKING DUMB. You are about to enter the NFL and you know you are going to take tests, yet you smoke anyway...What are the odds he slips and the Browns take him....jesus.

First, there surely will be a new round of questions about his drug use. Gregory was pleased to learn Wednesday afternoon that former Jets and Chiefs coach Herm Edwards has agreed to mentor him. And in Gilmore, his agent, Gregory has a committed advocate. Gilmore plans to share with every NFL team a "detailed plan" that he believes will help to ensure Gregory continues on the right path.

Some of these athletes are living the dream that pretty much all of us wish we could have done and they would still rather go smoke weed and play Call of Duty a month before the draft.

As we all say, hopefully this kid can get his mind right with the talent that he has.
