Brad Miller was a pretty decent banger on the glass also with the occasional jimmy from 15 feet.

The basketball player was actually a good friend of mine, lived in my apartment building for 2 years, used to go basketball player parties all the time, never got laid at one though, lol

Quite the overreaction, no? I would assume the front office is simply manipulating his service time by not having him break camp on the 25 man roster. What leads you to believe that they are souring on him?

I don’t think they were ever sweet on him.

But this organization can become somewhat obsessed with playing replaceable veterans over young players.

Actually I really believe they like Chang, from everything I have heard from watching/listening to our tv and radio broadcasters, they just don’t feel he is MLB ready yet and don’t want to push that.

Or it’s honestly quite possible he is a guy they are going to hold back to hold back the start of his MLB clock. Why start his clock for a short period of time and send him back down if they really like him?

Maybe getting a hold of Bimbo may help clear somethings (since he does have some connections), but from the announcers and what Francona has said, I don't think its because they don't like him. It feels like they are purposely holding him back, whether its cause of clock or they want him to mature more via personal/baseball reasons we don't know right now.

He's the only middle infield bat we have available. He should be up here.
