Speaking of said backlog- it appears we have traded Cameron Maybin to the Yankees

Yankees should know they’re only getting pennies on the dollar for him now. Getting greedyWould've rather had Aaron Judge.

Karinchak finally gave up a hit, 2 actually. Struck out the side though.

I know it's over nine games ... but damn, that line is insane. Looks like a perfect example of a guy who just needed to be put in the right role for him to succeed.
Doesn't look like Nolan Jones played last night ... anybody know why? Day off? Injury? Packing his apartment to get ready for the move to Akron? (A bit early on that last one, though it won't be long if he keeps getting on base almost half the time.)
Oviedo didn’t make it out of the first last nights
4 hits, 2 walks and 2 HBP, recorded just one out.
What do you mean by this?
He's been a reliever the whole time he's been in our organization. Are you thinking of Kaminsky?
No he hasn't. Started six games in 2017 and got rocked. Moved to the pen and has been nails ever since. http://www.milb.com/player/index.jsp?sid=milb&player_id=675916
Just because he started some games, doesn't mean he was being groomed as a starter, if that makes any sense. They'll pitch guys in any order at the lower levels just to get them their work. He was always projected as a reliever.
