It's quite simple...one of the following have to happen.

Missouri has to lose to Oklahoma in the Big 12 Championship. December 1 at 8pm EST.
West Virginia has to lose to Pittsburgh. December 1 at ??(time still unknown).

Not so easy after all...our best chance is Oklahoma beating Missouri as they have already done it this season 41-31 in Norman, Oklahoma. Mizzou shot themselves in the foot with 4 turnovers that game. West Virginia should have their way with Pittsburgh, but who knows, crazier things have happened.

If JT cried as much as the Urban Legend, we'd be in already, but he has too much class for that. You'll only hear him talk about how great the Rose Bowl is.

If we don't get in, I won't be too pissed. Beat Illinois at home and you don't have to worry about it. However, it is BS that the main reason WVU and Missouri are ahead of us is b/c they lost earlier than we did. I've always thought that was BS, even when it didn't involve a team I'm biased toward.

Is just me or did kansas and mizzou look like high school teams out there? All of the players looked slow, the only player that didnt was mizzou's tight end. The one team that mizzou played with legit athletes was oklahoma and they lost to them.

If the Bucks play mizzou in there building we win by 21, and that is not of line.

There will only be one Big Ten team in the BCS, and that's OSU. If OSU plays for the Nattie, then the Rose Bowl gets to pick an at large to replace them.

So the Rose Bowl would be something like USC vs Georgia.

You're right James, that would be boring seeing a weak salsa SEC team in there.

So what happens if both Missouri and WVU lose? Do you let a 2 loss Oklahoma or USC team in? No 2 loss team has ever made the title game. (Granted, this thing has only been going on 10 years, but still.) Do you let a 1 loss Kansas team in that didn't even win their conference? Do you let in Georgia, who has 2 losses AND didn't win their conference? Do you let in Hawaii?

Not that it would happen, but how funny would it be to hear the SEC fans complaining about an OSU - Hawaii national title game?

Especially all the NFL scouts.

Probably the only way he comes back next year is either an injury (let's hope not), or we don't win the title and he pulls a Doss and comes back to win one (which is unlikely).

If he's healthy and we win the title, I just can't see him coming back. Course, that's a small price to pay for winning a title. Let's just hope we win the title, b/c with it we still probably lose him, since he has "first rounder" tattooed on his fore head.
