Bennett just strikes me as a guy who really struggles with his self-confidence. You can put some of that on Brown. But it just seems like Bennett makes one mistake and he mentally checks out. Sulks up and down the court.
He needs a bit of Dion in him, the part of Dion that won't back down even if he is struggling with certain things.

Wtf are people talking about. Brown pulled him because he had 5 damn fouls in 9 minutes of action. He picked up 3 fouls in the second half in about 3 minutes time. I guess he could have just left him in so he could foul out the following minute, or he could actually act like a basketball coach and do the right thing by pulling him out.

Most of his fouls have been lazy (too tired) or out of position (lack of focus) fouls. I wish he'd be more aggressive on defense (and offense). I don't think the opposing offense ever really "feels him" the way our coaches put it. He just more tries to not do anything wrong than make a play. With his size, his presence in general should be able to scare some teams. I think wuck mentioned his bruising screens...

No, I said it in about as plain a way as possible that the reason he was pulled from the game is because of foul trouble. Now in what way is that being a debbie downer?

I can't wait for Bennett's sophomore season. I think he's going to absolutely break out after his first professional offseason. Such a rare size/skill set combination with him.

Just a thought: if AB got drafted by any team not named the Cavaliers, where he would the #1 option, he got consistent minutes, and room to make mistakes; what would he average right now?
