I think AD ends up in NYK they’ve already been linked to him and he’s stay there. NY offers Porzingis/Knox and unprotected 1st (will be top 5 this year). NY would still have Robinson at Trier with max cap space, they’d be option 1 if the snake leaves GSW and are literally a lock for Irving the following year if they don’t get KD

It’s simple. Kyrie and LeBron planned this the entire time.

Think back to when Kevin Durant said LeBron was toxic. LeBron said he was pissed off and KD called to apologize and smooth things over. LeBron was clearly pissed.

Now think back to when Kyrie demanded a trade from LeBron according nearly all reports. LeBron blames Gilbert. Gives both of them the perfect out. LeBron can blame Gilbert and Kyrie can apologize at a later date and hook back up in LA.

Kyrie and LeBron were buddy/buddy after Kyrie supposedly said he wanted traded because of LeBron but in reality Kyrie wanted out in order to meet back up with LeBron in LA because both of them going directly from the Cavs to LA would have put them in a bad light.

This shit was always going to happen.

If I'm Philly, I think I take a chance and offer up Simmons for AD. Pels would easily take that offer. Try getting Jrue Holiday as well. They'd have to give up Redick, Chandler, and Fultz to match salary, but a big 4 of Holiday, Butler, AD, and Embiid could be pretty damn special.

So, I could see those two franchises really getting into a bidding war.

LeBrons agency is playing nice right now.

They are saying he wants to be traded to a contender now until they refuse in which case they’ll say he only wants to play for the Lakers.

By saying this now, they are saving face and giving NO an option of at least recouping some of their losses. Boston can’t trade for him right now without trading Kyrie.

If this goes into the summer theyll lose out big time.
