Me and my friends only play Rush. It's just a lot better for consoles.

The patch for the 360 better come out soon...I'm looking forward to it.

I guess they should be called bases haha. Basically they are set places in the map that change control between teams if you take them, and to take them you just basically have to wait there long enough for it to switch, and once it is captured it can be used as a spawn point by the whole team.

Forgive me, I've only played a couple games. Does getting in the jet mean you can take out bases? How do you bomb if you can?
 
You can't take out bases with a jet, you just have to wait close enough to the base for it to switch sides. You can capture a base by hovering around in a helicopter though, but that's a little difficult, and you're at risk of having your ass shot out of the sky. Jets are really just used to take out other jets or helicopters.

The jets in conquest are better for taking out other aircraft but you can attack ground targets. If you want to be effective against tanks and stuff you need to unlock the rocket pods or the guided missile (which can take a while if you're not very good).

The jets in rush are better for taking out ground targets but they're not as fast or maneuverable.

This is hilarious because I've literally built up my assault rep based on Squad/Team deathmatch which I usually am always in top 1-3 but I'm a pussy who doesn't want to play with the big boys in conquest and rush.

I haven't played since I've been posting in this thread but if anyone would allow me to shadow them in these modes that would be appreciated.

I literally just hopped on and I will shoot you a request but can you explain Conquest for me?

Am I trying to follow along (mostly on foot lol) to the red bases and trying to kill the guys defending them until my base turns blue?

Also, is it a good idea to stick around and defend the base if I'm there or should I move onto the next base?

I'm fucking confused.
