Don't kill me, just making a comment...the lyrics are absolutely perfect for the "Welcome Home LeBron James" montage sure to be coming in about 6 years. Just listen to them. :chuckles:

jkjkjk.

But no, really, it's almost eerie.

That is why I posted it.

ps: I have nothing against Anthony, by the way.

Jesus those lyrics made me cringe. So eerie, and so depressing.

Carmelo forced his way home...LeBron forced his way away from home...sucks.

Maybe I'm crazy but I actually see that happening.

I don't think LeBron will ever come back, at not as long as DG is the owner. I do believe, however that he will play for a team other than the Heat when his current deal expires.

The first part of your post makes sense northcoast kid, the second doesn't.

He's already invested way more into Miami than he ever did in Cleveland. I don't see him bailing out of there anytime.

I wouldn't welcome LeBron "home" if someone pointed a gun at my head.

If LeBron comes back after a few years, I hope they make the same video. Then, at the end when everybody is sobbing and tearing up, we show a picture of the Conseco Fieldhouse and Dan Gibert with 2 middle fingers in the air cause we just traded him to the Indiana Pacers (just as "I'm coming" home is playing in the background).

Can't argue with this. But at the same time I think LeBron cares too much what people think while suffering from some serious daddy issues. He wants to be loved, especially in Ohio. I'm not saying he's coming back. It just wouldn't surprise me if it happens. Oh, I'm also not saying I want him back. Just throwing it out there.

It's a J. Cole song. One of my favourites.

Pretty sure Diddy did it before J. Cole, but either way it's relatively old. But it still fits in beautifully for the situation and the chants of "Melllllooooo, Mellllllloooooo" just reinforce that. Nice

Yeah, NorthCoast, don't you know how incredibly dedicated and loyal LeBron is...

I already predicted he comes back. I'm sticking to it.

It's not about me wanting him back or not wanting him back, either. Six years is a long time. I'll tell you how I feel then.
