1. Sign West to the MLE.
2. Trade Haywood and the rights to Kaun to LAC for Reddick and Farmer
3. Sign Caron Butler for vet min.
4. Decide what you want to do with/pay JR & Delly.
5. Win Championship

Sounds great, just need to convince the Clippers to do it.

Why would the Clippers send us Reddick? There's nobody else who would take Reddick and even perhaps send something useful back? Or just use it in a sign & trade. What Memphis likes Courtney Lee more than Reddick? #Dealbreaker

I think it is a safe to assume if Cavs are offering the MLE to West they have something lined up to bring us a wing player with the Haywood contract.

You only have 15 spots. Leaving flexibility for the hopefully-imminent Haywood transaction, and considering the smaller size of the game-day active list, I'm not sure another 4/5 should be our chief priority.

With 15 roster spots, thats 3 each for 1-5. Having a total of six 4/5 guys is not too many.
