It sounds like both teams are trying as hard as they can to act like other candidates are still in the hunt (with the Browns meeting a candidate again today and Philly saying they'll meet two tomorrow).

But it sure seems like Kelly will have all the power over both teams until one of the teams decides to hire someone else.
