Anyone have a concept what Foles would cost?
 
Not really, but with their probable pursuit of Mariotta, I would think their need to dump Foles will lower his price.

This hinges upon Philly moving up for Mariota. The cost right now would be a hell of a lot more expensive than the cost during or after the draft if Chip Kelly gets his man.

FWIW, Ian Rapport just said on Mike & Mike a bit ago that "Colin Kapernick will not be traded."

Like I said, take it with a grain of salt. This could be real, or it could just be a little example of how expansive teams can get with their hypothetical discussions. You know for certain more is talked about than what we hear, this might be a bit of an unveiling of those kinds of talks.

On Foles: You've got to think that the Eagles want a pick in return for him. That said, when the fack is the NFL going to announce the penalty for text-gate? It's got to be hampering the Browns' trade discussions to be stuck in limbo with regard to the picks they'll have in this draft..
 
I see no reason that I should look at Kaepernick like an upgrade.

Let the record show that AZ considers Josh McCown and Johnny Manziel to be as good as Kaepernick.

A better answer would be that the price tag for a team like the Browns would be a couple firsts and third, the same price paid for Jay Cutler. I think a more likely landing spot is swapping a QB with another team plus other compensation. I just can't see the 9ers going straight to a rebuild like that without getting a QB they can start in return.

Hoyer to the Texans is apparently not done, now the Jets are involved.

Cold feet after the Texans resigned Mallett too?
