Back to quarterbacks, I think the team needs to take advantage of some overly critical fan bases who scapegoated their middle-of-the-pack starters. If not, Hoyer becomes almost a necessity to keep the players and coaching staff headed in the right direction. The biggest critics of Hoyer seemed to be Haslam and Farmer, but they want the trajectory of the franchise to go back in the right direction more than anything else.
